We are an out-of-network physical therapy provider, which means we work directly for you—not your insurance company. This allows us to spend more time focusing on your recovery instead of dealing with paperwork, approvals, or restrictions.
If your plan includes out-of-network benefits, you can still use them. To make the process simple, we provide a detailed receipt (“superbill”) and use Reimbursify, a convenient app that helps you submit claims directly to your insurance company in just minutes. This means you don’t have to navigate confusing forms or chase down reimbursements—we help streamline it for you.
Many patients also find that because our treatments are more efficient, they need fewer visits overall, making our care not only higher quality but also more cost-effective in the long run. By removing the insurance middleman, we’re able to give you the attention, transparency, and results you deserve.

Rates
We keep pricing simple so you can focus on your recovery.
Initial Evaluation (60 minutes): $97
Follow-Up Visit (30-60 minutes): Ranges from $110-$190 per visit, based on needs. We offer discounts for prepayment of visits as well.
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept all major credit cards, HSA/FSA cards, and cash payments.
