Frequently Asked Questions
We treat a wide range of conditions including back pain, neck pain, shoulder injuries, knee pain, sports injuries, post-surgical rehab, and chronic conditions. Whether you’re recovering from surgery, dealing with arthritis, or want to get back to running pain-free, we design a plan tailored to your needs.
In Florida, you can begin physical therapy without a doctor’s referral thanks to direct access laws. That means you can book with us right away and start your recovery sooner.
Unlike traditional in-network clinics that juggle multiple patients at once, we provide one-on-one care with a Doctor of Physical Therapy every session. This focused approach means fewer visits, faster results, and better outcomes.
Your first visit includes a full evaluation, discussion of your goals, and hands-on treatment. You’ll leave with a clear plan, exercises to start right away, and confidence about your recovery path.
Every appointment is a full 60 minutes of one-on-one care with your therapist—no assistants, no overlapping patients.
Booking is easy. You can schedule online through our website or call either our Oviedo or Lake Mary clinic directly.
Yes, we do our best to accommodate urgent cases. If you’re in pain, we’ll work to get you seen quickly—often the same or next day.

Yes, for certain conditions and follow-up sessions, telehealth is available. Virtual physical therapy can be a convenient option if you can’t make it to the clinic.
Every patient is different, but most see significant improvement within 4–8 sessions. Because our model is more efficient, many patients recover faster than at traditional clinics.

We use evidence-based treatments including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, dry needling, cupping, mobility training, and strength programming to deliver lasting results.
Yes, you’ll receive simple but effective exercises to accelerate your recovery between sessions. We also provide video demos and resources for support.
Many patients come to us hoping to avoid surgery or reduce reliance on pain medication. Physical therapy often provides a safe, effective alternative by addressing the root cause of pain and restoring natural movement.
We are an out-of-network provider, which means we don’t bill insurance directly. This allows us to provide higher-quality, one-on-one care without insurance restrictions.
Medicare is handled differently than other insurance plans, and coverage rules can be complex. The best step is to call our office directly, and our team will explain how the process works for your specific situation.
While the upfront cost may seem higher, most patients save money in the long run. Our efficient, one-on-one care often requires fewer visits, and you won’t get surprise bills weeks later.
We accept credit card, debit, cash, and most HSA/FSA cards for your convenience. We also accept CareCredit and Cherry.

Wear comfortable, athletic-style clothing that allows easy movement. If your pain is in a specific area (knee, shoulder, back), wear or bring clothing that gives your therapist easy access to assess and treat the area.
We primarily serve patients at our Oviedo and Lake Mary clinics, but many people travel from surrounding areas in Central Florida because of our reputation for one-on-one, personalized care.
